RETURN & EXCHANGE
We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Here’s everything you need to know about returning or exchanging your items:
Our Return Policy
- Return Window: You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on final sale items, undergarments, or customized products unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Note: Items purchased during special promotions or sales may be final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
How to Start a Return
Visit Our Return Portal: Go to our Return Portal and enter your order number and email address.
Select Your Items: Choose the items you want to return and the reason for the return.
Choose Your Return Method:
- Return for Store Credit: Get a full refund as store credit plus a bonus 10% on top!
- Return for a Refund: Receive a refund back to your original payment method (shipping fees are non-refundable).
Ship Your Return: Print the prepaid shipping label provided and drop off your package at any designated shipping location. Once we receive your return, we’ll process it within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
We offer free exchanges for different sizes or colors within 30 days of purchase. Here’s how to exchange:
- Request an Exchange: Visit our Exchange Portal and select the item you wish to exchange.
- Choose Your Replacement Item: Select the new size or color you’d like. If it’s in stock, we’ll hold it for you.
- Ship Your Original Item: Use the prepaid shipping label provided to send back the item you’re exchanging.
- Receive Your New Item: We’ll ship out your replacement as soon as we receive your original item.
Note: If the item you want to exchange is out of stock, you can opt for store credit or a refund instead.
